Good item if you are looking for a masonry drill set to perform regular around the home jobs.
These are great drill bits for drilling through concrete. I used them with my DeWalt hammer drill and it drilled through the brick wall in my garage like butter.
I dont usually write a review but I feel compelled every now and then when a product is garbage or outstanding. Which means a bunch of anchors in concrete or bricks. I have this set for about 3 months and just started using the second 1/4" bit. Now that may seem like a short amount of time but I am a Audio/Video Tech in NYC. On the same 1/4" bit Ive hammered through tile in a spa and mounted a sat dish on a roof, and even though the end of the bit is near gone it still eats through cement. In all if you need a simple hammer bit set for your cordless you cant go wrong with this one
I have another old bit that has drilled 100s of holes into the same stucco with no significant wear. Too bad Home Depot doesn't sell DeWalt bits anymore. I'm sick of wasting my time with those junk Vermont American and other cheap bits that the local hardware stores sell. In comparison, the last VA set I got at Home Depot, the 3/8 bit completely broke apart drilling one measley hole into stucco. Costs 2X, but these are well worth it. Maybe they get higher margins.
I've used these bits in concrete and they work GREAT. What a stupid mistake. They don't make them like they used to with the exception of the DeWalt ones here. I now buy online. I got this set from DeWalt. They have some weird-angled point that really works.
Comes with a, not great, but usable pouch.
